We believe a good home priced right for the present market will sell themselves. It has no relationship with the amount of commission you pay. We will effectively list your home on the Multiple Listing Service which accounts for almost 90% of all home sales. As a result your home will receive maximum exposure on the MLS data base, as well as websites MLS.ca and moneysaverrealty.com. Why are typical real estate commissions so high?
Depending on market conditions, between 40% and 50% of listings never sell. This is a lot of time, effort and money spent by a Realtor who will never get paid. So when a property does sell, the Realtor wants to be well paid to make up for their losses. Should you have to pay for their losses? We don't think our clients should.
Will other realtors show my home?
Since the inception of the Money Saver Realty concept, 85% of our listings have been sold by outside MLS realtors. This is approximately the same percentage as conventional real estate brokerages. This is a complete reversal from just a few years ago where the realtor would have sorted, selected and decided which homes the customer would view.
